_{Painted Foxxo Suits (PFS) has three (3) cats on location. While these cats do not enter the studio and fursuits do not leave until boxed for shipment, PFS cannot guarantee there will be no contact between cat fur/dander and faux PFS products. Please consider this before commissioning.}Verification of Age
_{To commission PFS, you MUST be over the age of 18. PFS may require you to show an up to date (UNEXPIRED) government issued photo ID if any doubts of age occur. If required, a picture of you and your ID is required to be sent in order to verify you and your age. Your ID photo and your Date of Birth (DOB) must be visible, with all other information BLACKED OUT.
PFS DOES NOT WORK WITH MINORS (ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18) DIRECTLY; A PARENTAL/LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST TRANSACT AND CORRESPOND ON BEHALF OF MINOR CLIENTS. IN ADDITION TO THE AFOREMENTIONED ID REQUIRMENT, WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE PARENTAL/LEGAL GAURDIAN MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED.}Pricing
_{30% of the commission price is due as an upfront, NONREFUNDABLE down payment.
All prices posted are base prices. Added complexity to the commission may increase price at the discretion of PFS. Shipping cost is a separate price to be calculated after the commission is completed. All prices are posted in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). Please ensure you take this into account before commissioning and make sure you convert the currency properly. Please see Pricing Tab for more information on pricing.}Payment Methods
_{Below are listed the payment options for all PFS commissions. No other forms of payment is accepted at this time. Client’s options are as follows:
• Online Payment: PayPal and Ko-Fi are the ONLY accepted forms of online payment.
• Cash: Cash is accepted via PICK UP ONLY.
• E-transfer: Available for ONTARIO, CANADA residents only.
• Payment Plans: Payment plans are available. Please send an email if you are in need of a payment plan. (Max 8 months)}Refund Policy
_{PFS refund policy is broken down as follows:
• PFS will NOT offer refunds once your commission has started.
• If you need a refund and your commission has NOT been started, PFS will refund the amount
you have paid, excluding the UNREFUNDABLE down payment (See Pricing).
• If you are needing to stop payments as a part of a payment plan and your commission HAS started, PFS will finish up the remaining work already done on your suit and ship it to you. If this occurs, you will be required to pay shipping. If you are unwilling to pay shipping, your fursuit will be heavily edited and sold as a premade.}Shipping
_{Due to the inherent fluctuations of both shape and weight of commissioned works as well as
fluctuations in the cost of mail services, shipping cost cannot be provided up front and will be
calculated after the fursuit is finished. Other key points are as follows:
• All suits, parts, merch, etc. will include trackable shipping.
• If you are a Canadian resident, you will have free tracked shipping.
• Local and convention pick up is available as an alternative when applicable.
• Once your item has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of PFS. Once it is in transit, you are
responsible for contacting postal services if anything should happen.}Repairs and Warranty
_{Your PFS fursuit will come with a full lifetime warranty.
The client is responsible for shipping costs to and from PFS to utilize this warranty.
Details of the warranty include:
• Any types of alterations including, but not limited to; removing/adding/changing zippers, fans, markings,
old/worn/balding fur, swapping eyes, eyeliner, claws, liners etc.
• Weight loss/gain alterations
• General maintenance including, but not limited to; depiling, stain removal, seam repairs, outdoor feetpaw EVA swap out etc}Details on what can VOID your warranty include:
_{• Any changes/alterations made to your fursuit that isn't first approved by PFS
• ANY SEXUAL USAGE OF YOUR FURSUIT
• Codeword - Paint Splatter
If PFS determines the damage done to the suit was deliberate, it will be packed back up and sent
back to you unrepaired, the warranty being voided.
Your suit must be CLEAN before shipping back to us. If you send PFS back a dirty/smelly fursuit, this will void your warranty}What PFS Will NOT Commission
_{• Murrsuits, sexually explicit suits, or inappropriate suits of ANY kind.
• Copyrighted Characters (Digimon, Bluey, Paw Patrol etc.) or any other characters unowned by the client. (Pokemon
fursuits will open on a very limited basis)
• Imitating another fursuit maker’s style
• Using real animal materials (real animal furs, feathers, scales, horns, claws etc.)
